1. Customised software development where significant work has already been completed in line with the project requirements.
2. Services already provided as part of ongoing maintenance, support or consulting agreements.
3. Third-party costs, expenses or licences paid on your behalf during the project.

2. We review your request and assess whether it is eligible under this policy.
3. If your request is approved, we pay the refund within 14 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Cancellation and termination

If you cancel or end a project after work has started, we may keep any payments already received for services provided up to the cancellation date.

We may also charge for any work completed, or expenses incurred on your behalf, up to the cancellation date.

Exceptions
