Terms of service

Summary terms for ExpertEye Solutions Limited services. These should be reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.

1. Our services

Each product describes its inclusions, exclusions, delivery approach and support. Tailored projects are governed by the written proposal you accept.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in Kenyan shillings. Work begins once payment is confirmed or, for tailored projects, according to the agreed payment schedule.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, information and content needed to deliver the service. Delays in providing these may move delivery dates.

4. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only started with your written approval.

5. Third-party costs

Licences, hosting, hardware, payment-provider and government fees are your responsibility unless the product states otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours, excluding third-party and pre-existing components which are licensed for your use.
